It seems to matter what the height and the width are during development. My thinking was that this didn't matter and that the form would maximize to be totally visuble in the screen during runtime. No?

My thought is that it should not matter either. My base form class is 800 x 600. But I have plenty of scx's that are larger and the code still works just fine. Did you try stepping through the code in the form that has the problems and check the values?
