I have a hunch that, since the buttons are not the baseclass buttons, it needs the classlib where they are defined. Set Classlib or Set Procedure to where they are defined and then it may open.
I also haven't used memberclass much - by the time it appeared I had my ways of adding members. This much I know that at some situations it may cause minor headaches, and in some of them having the classlib/procedure open solves the problem. Note that I mention "some" twice - that means I don't know when and why.
