Did not experience it by now, but this one sounds even worse !
I use frx/DE very rarely, but still, problem is serious for those who do.

On a positive side;
Maybe they will fix it. There was hotfix for grouping problem in SP2, maybe the will fix this one as well. To me, these two bugs sound just as serious.
