I have MM.NET version 3.5, VS 2008 Team System, .NET 3.5 Framework (with Hot Fix from end of last year), language: C#. When running a business layer generator I get errors "Object reference is not set to an instance of an object".

Scenario 1:
- Create brand new MM Business Object project (Business Object Library)
- Configure ABusinessObject.cs (DatabaseKey) and app.config
- Under Tools start running MM.NET Business Layer Generator.
- On the 3rd screen (Select Database Items) - select your database and click Get Data
- expand tables, select a given table and click on one of the tables columns
- I see error:
Message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Scenario 2:
-Start new instance of VS 2008
-Open my business project
-Under Tools start MM.NET Business Layer Generator
-Go to the 3rd screen - Select Database Items
-Click Cancel
-Try starting the business layer generator again - dialog box appears: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
