I'm so sorry. My brain is fried with my son going into brain surgery tomorrow. You are absolutely correct, that is not the application I wrote for the magazine article. I am in Las Vegas right now (my son is in the hospital here), I will need some time to attempt to find the orders app project.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Goto my blog (blog.quayinc.com) and look for the latest articel with MobileOrders as the download. That will be the project that I used for the article.
