I use it for a personal/home web site on my development computer.
Any time my ip address changes, my computer automatically sends the new ip to DynDNS and they update my web site to the new ip address.
As far as I know, you can do anything with it that you'd do with any other web site. Of course if it got too busy, your ISP might not like it.
I also use it to demo web design to potential customers.
