I've made a video capturing module which can capture a 24 Bits bitmap and store it in a general field. This works fine, but because the bitmaps are rather large, my fpt file is growing rappidly.

One solution is to convert the bitmap to 8 bits with a optimized palette (to keep the quality high) . i've searched everywhere for a ActiveX- module which can do this for me.

Any recommendations are welcome !
