Actually, they never appear to begin with. The .ScrollBars property is set to 3 = Both but neither the vertical or horizontal bars appear.
I can see the vertical ones not appearing if I don't have data below the lower region of the box, but I do know that I have data to the right (out of sight) and the horizontal one never shows up to allow a user to scroll over to view the data. I tried setting the property to 3 in code but I got the message - "Property is read-only" which doesn't make sense but oh well...... I need the scrollbars, any ideas?
