Galia, you cannot control the Form's Caption font from VFP, because it is defined in Windows scheme. (probably you can do it through Windows API, having corresponding fonts, but it would affect all Windows). The same about the menus.
I think the only solution here is fully localized Windows with Cyrillic (the app will still not work with the proper fonts being run on English Windows.)
Probably those who work with localized Windows could tell you some tricks...
