Especially in a tiny place like the UK, how long did it take? I did the 108k since Dec '00. I live 4 miles from the office so my commute is trivial. Maybe 25% of the miles on the car came from long driving vacations around the country. I can also though drive 1% of that total mileage just going east/west or north/south across Texas.
