However, it is only a first step and it is only a reduction in COSTs, not an increase in HEALTH CARE. Sad.... However, I HOPE (really, really hope) that healthcare coverage gets a major overhaul in the right direction and that MUST include health care for every citizen. As you know, I have done a 180 on this issue over the past 5 or 6 years.
