Help please

I want to retrieve files list with hebrew names by VFP filer.

I have two computers with VFP.

One is work wel.

But on the other I get I get something like '????\???????.doc' (?=folder or filename) in the files list listbox.
-I type the file name to search in hebrew, vfp find it but showing it as '?'.

The both support hebrew but the first the region is hebrew.
