From what I have heard in other forums, performing the upgrade from Win95 is what causes the headaches (old hardware etc). If you have a newer PC, you should have fewer problems.

It is not my computer I am worried about. I am worried about coding an app in
vfp50/win98 and installing it on the user's computer running win95. The user is
going to have all kinds of hardware (old and new)... :)
