Ironic that it's OK to make such observations *inside* the NET camp but if you make them across products, such as comparing certain aspects of ado.net and/or datasets with VFP, it's cool to call you names and cast you as unwilling to learn/head in sand/all the rest of it. Whereas in reality, those who protest often have far greater understanding than those whose comments are indistinguishable from official slogans provided by the vendor. Such is life.
