>>>>I dare say you'd approve it if your family/children were being held by someone with no national affiliation somewhere with a hood on their head or in a building with planes flying at it. If you wouldn't then sad for your family.
>>>
>>>Blind rage for revenge is not the way you resolve world conflicts. Also remember that the taliban < > Al Quida (Don't make the mistake of the bush administration not even knowing there are different tribed in iraq) . How many people were killed at 911 and how many were killed in the two wars ? How many american families were destroyed and how many forreign by american military actions? Do you value a forreign life less valuable than an american life? If so, why ?
>>>
>>>This is another think I dislike: The revenge thinking. It does not resolve anything. If it did we would not have the palistinian-israeli problem. But that has been going on for decaded because of revenge build upon revenge forever. I kill a few of your brothers because one of you killed mine, and visa versa.
>>>
>>>It is very understandable that if someone kills your child, you'd go out for revenge. However that does not bring back your child and by going for revenge, you might set much more at stake than its worth (you might have other family that becomes a victim of this). It is one thing that individual are going through the red, but a government should be more wise than this.
>>>
>>>It takes a lot more courage to try to understand their case, the situation they are living in and do something about that. One question: Are you religious ? If you are, what do you thing JC has said about these kind of issues ?
>>
>>No one has suffered more than the Israeli people at the hands of the terrorists. If you have any question about what works with terrorists and what does not, ask them. And no, I am not Jewish, but I served two years in the military and have always felt that wars should be left to the Generals, not the politicians. Most Americans have gotten soft and lazy when it comes up to standing up for "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness". Don't you think all people are entitled to this?

>Do you want to do a body count of Israeli and Palestinians? Look I'm not going to takes sides in this discussion, simply because this matter is way too complicated. The Palestinians always have opposed Israel and still they are not willing accept it. OTOH, Israel cannot expect with the current policy in Gaza that they would make any friends in the middle east. I do not agree with Palestinians, nor do I agree with the hardline religious right in their government. So what if you were born and raised in Gaza, can anyone in the world expect you to respect Israel. I think not. Too much has happened. Personally I think the Palestinians suffered the most from this situation. They really have no future in the current status quo. Whether who's fault is that is a total different question.

You're right about one thing. The Palestinians have suffered more than the Israeli's, but that's because Israel does not pussy foot around like we do. How would like living in Israel not knowing when the next missile is going to drop on your head. I'm talking unprovoked missiles targeting innocent civilians. Israel has shown great restraint in trying to target militants while the Palestinians have simply targeted anyone and everyone. There in lies the difference that you can not change no matter what you might think.
