OK, the unions should invest all those millions they have made during the good years back into the industry that's feeding them. Every darn overpaid worker should get their stash out and put it together, or else they risk losing the real money makers, the CEOs and others. And they should know - if just 5% of those guys leave, the whole system will crash.
("because they'd take all the money with them?" - nah, there's nobody who'd say that. I don't have the two little imaginary friends sitting on my shoulders)
