If I haven't mentioned it before, find Tom Wolfe's book "Hooking Up". There is a chapter in there about Grinnell College and how they were ahead of MIT in the IT revolution. ( Knoyes etc ) Terrific stuff. If you can find it at your library on CD even better - the guy who was Arvin Sloan on Alias reads it.
