With a daughter about to start spending a bajillion dollars on college textbooks I really wish she could just buy a CD with the content that she could load onto her notebook computer. If you had the ability to highlighter the text from a reader app.. when she went to review for tests it could condense the chapter down to just what she marked up as being important.

But I don't want to have to buy her another device even if it does look pretty damn slick!

Make that device just a little more powerful to support a word processor, spreadsheet and you'd have the prototypical device that would be sufficient for a student's computing needs.
