Good thinking! How exactly do you call it - from the main program or from another form?
BTW, I also just found out that the form I'm working on (came to work on Sunday) behaved the same wrong way before my changes, so at least the behavior I'm seeing is not because of the changes I made - kind of relief.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
