Dear all,

Recently, I reinstall a windows XP system in a brand new harddisk, while the keyboard and the machine work fine in a old harddisk.

After I completed the installation, I try to send a email, when I type "shift 2" on keyboard, normally on console it should
be generate a "@" character, now ' " ' instead. I gen "@" by typinf "shif '". There also some more 4 errors I found.

Can anybody tell me what had happened and how to solve, as I saw at the web that the problem is not an occasional case,
somebody had the same problem and even I had met the same problem before when I try to install another computer.

The case I met before is solved by reinstalling Windows.

However, I believe that there should be something means behind the problem!
