I cant not think of them all, but the tecnical publication FoxTalk had several ways to create help files from within development. They consisted of 'ALT KEY' press to call up a program while you are developing and entering in help data and section deviders. When you are done developing they had a program that will take the DBF that was created during your building and convert it to a RTF file so that you can run the help compiler against it.

It was not an end all help builder, but it certainly was handy for reminding you to build it while you were developing and not waiting until after you are done, because you would probably forget some points you had in your mind while you created the screen/program/report.

Call FoxTalk (pinnacle publications) 800-788-1900 and see if you can purchase a disk of past programs as they provide a floppy with all monthly issues.
