Are you using VFP6 and, if so, is COMCTL.TreeCtrl2 the OleClass for the TreeView control?

Had the same problem with versions prior to VFP6, but this was supposed to have been fixed - I haven't had time to check it, but the class browser (which uses TVW) seems to work ok now when modal forms are instantiated on top.
