Easy remedy I've used for years. I have a separate bank account which I use for all internet transactions via paypal, neteller, etc. I keep $1 in the account until I'm set to purchase something then make a deposit.

What a good idea. It sounds like you are as conservative as I am <s>. As a matter of fact, that is what I do for all my direct debit bill pays - like all my utility bills. I have a separate checking account that I never keep more than $1,000 in.
