Why not let your biz item delete the DataTable and the issue AcceptChanges to update the underlying table? Ifyou don't want to do that then you should delete from the table, refresh your DataTable, and then refresh the grid, but then you get some overhead.

We typically insert and delete directly into tables and refresh the grids and do updates in the views and AcceptChanges.
