This happens when the directory has an older version of foxuser.dbf in it. If you are trying to run a FP2.x, VFP3 and/or a VFP5 app out of the same directory you can run into problems. If you build the config.fpw file into the VFP .exe you can use a resource=vfpuser.dbf to get VFP5 to use it's own resource file.
