My doctor may have said it best. She said you're going to need willpower but willpower alone probably won't be enough.

And she is right. You have to work the program, but your biggest problem is that you are your own worst enemy. Go to meetings. Get a sponsor who has been sober for a decade, not a year. Don't set yourself up for failure.

It's not anything I would wish on my worst enemy. And by the way, you aren't. We have had our run-ins, lots of them, but I don't wish you any ill will. Peace? I've got a big enough problem without getting into personality conflicts with people.
