Wrap the text into a html page with minimal html - just insert a bit of a style tag to define body tag as having left margin of, say, 1m or 12px. Insert your text between the body and /body tags and that's it. You can pretty much rip any simple webpage and leave just the bare necessities. About a dozen lines would suffice. If your m.txt would render badly as a regular text, you can wrap it in pre-/pre tags.
