I have been playing for a couple of days with the new version of molebox called molebox ultra. Looks like a splendid piece of software. Not deployed on mass scale... Just evaluated the demo version.

But as far as my applications are concerned, this is I-M-P-R-E-S-S-I-V-E. I was able to embed ALL my app dependencies into a single free-standing exe file. From ocx-es to gdi, vfp runtimes and even msvcr71.dll. Great stuff. It does certainly more than the already capable molebox pro that I used up to now. Absolutely fantastic concept if VFP deployment is an issue for you.

Need now to buy and test on significant deployment samples. This promises installation via plain copy à la ninety-eighties...

The software possibly offers some code protection as well. How robust is that. I do not known :)
