The question (at least its title) was how to subclass a control, so I don't see how my questions are different? I wanted a sample of subclassing a control (with methods), but if you think it's not related to the question, or since the original question was answered, you don't want to bother answering my question, I will have to do research on my own, as I did to figure out the part of my previous question.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
