>I tell you what....from my perspective....while the classes I took beforehand "helped", the biggest learning experience was in the hospital for three days. Gwen had her c-section on Friday, and was released on Monday....so in those 72 hours, the nurses helped me a ton. They never did anything for me, they simply helped me with everything I was going to need to learn. Like many people, I learn kinetically, so those 3 days were the biggest help of all.

I know that an important thing in the delivery room is to feel as you're in charge and don't try to ask for pain killers too early.
