Another word in the growing vocabulary....I used to know a woman who got real indignant about using the word "fart" in front of her kids (the kids were maybe 4 and 6 years old). I asked her what words *did* they use in her household and she said "passing gas". I just rolled my eyes. Don't you think that's a bit too sophisticated for kids that age? I mean, "fart" is a fun word to say when you're a kid. <g>
