Here's what you need: the .sln, all the .csproj, all the .cs (including, obviously, *.Designer.cs). all the .resx if there are any, .xsd if you're using those, ..... hmmm, well, let's just say: basically everything that is in source code folders (not including what's in bin\debug of course).
