Sheesh. You can't please everyone Naomi, so don't try. Just be yourself. If you want to google it and you learn something in the process, then it benefits both of you if you share it. I disagree with those who suggest that should not be done. They don't have to read every message if it bothers them. I do agree though that you should mention up front (as you did) that you lack experience in this area so you cannot provide expert assistance. It doesn't hurt to provide the information you've learned in your own research though. You help more people on this forum than most who visit here. Don't stop now.
