Found it - in your code was a htmlviewer.Refresh

	PROCEDURE htmlviewer.Refresh
 		&& Required in VFP8 and earlier to prevent an error
		NODEFAULT 
	ENDPROC 

I had removed it at some point, so now it is back in, and works like it used to. Now I will learn to follow directions better... :)
