For the most parth Windows 2008 Server is like Vista so there should be no more problems than what VFP has under Vista (ie. UAC security requirements, a few minor UI quirks etc.). Of course if you're running server apps this isn't going to matter much anyway.

I've been running my Web Server with Win Server 2008 x64 for 9 months with a host of Web applications without issues though - Win Server has been rock solid and a huge improvement in stability although some of that may simply be because of the bigger hardware that's running on this new box <g>...
