I reside in Illinois and am working in Louisiana, so can't say that with a straight face. It's a pretty tight race between the two states for the crown of most corrupt. A year ago my money would have been on Louisiana, so to speak, but Gov. Rod set the bar pretty high and may have swung the pendulum back to Illinois. Bagmen, start your engines!
