Windows 2003 Server
When running my application. We currently have a large installed base and our workstations automatically update themselves from the server. Our next version will need VFPOLEDB installed on each workstation. So when our app updates it will need to install VFPOLEDB.
I could just install VFPOLEDB without checking to see if its already installed. I just don't want to install it a second time if it's already there. Also, if it gets removed after the update, I want to detect that its missing and reinstall it.

I want my software to be able to repair its installation of something gets removed, so I need to check to see if its registered, then register it again if not.
