Thanks for the responses.
If I set _screen.themes to .F.:
a. will this have no affect on the Win2X machines?
b. will this be sufficient for the entire application? (that is, I won't have to set MyForm.Themes to .F. for every form, etc.)

Can I also set SYS(2700) to 0--would this have the same affect as "SET _Screen.Themes to .F."?
