I don't think this is a matter of rates. I have an old project that I thought the customer stopped using years ago. And now they called me and want me to make a couple of changes. And since the last time I did anything with this project (in 2000) I have changed the computer 3 times. And somehow one of the folders where some files of this project resided was deleted. And I can't seem to be able to find a back up. My mistake, of course.
