First, I am REALLY sorry - that royally sucks.
Since this just happened tonight, I'm guessing you haven't had a chance to talk to him. I don't know what type of contract you have with the guy/company, whether the work you did for him is in production, etc. - my two cents would be what I'm sure you already know - first give him
one chance to explain, document his response, and then go from there. I hope you get your money SOON.
