I think it would be reasonable to keep words about world as a better place aside, because obviously we have opposite understanding what it means. I would return to factual side of the issue. First of all, Bush/Cheney didn't say the phrase that you ascribe to them. Secondly, what would you say about their practical policy (interpretation is always subjective)? Do you think that Bush considered/treated Gore/Kerry as 'terrorists' or as 'us'?
