Wow, very interesting. I re-tried again (this time saving the form after each change) and when I was ready to change the HeaderClass of the column I got the same error again and VFP closed.

Could it be because I put the header class (and the pictures) into the completely different directory than my project and this class (with pictures) is not yet added to SourceSafe?

Also I was trying to use VPM subclassed grid class (few classes deep in hierarchy).
