I'm surprised you're astounded. Its a choice quite a few people make.
From Kevins original post
"My only hesitation is that I have a few very intelligent friends, VERY intelligent, who are absolutely opposed to childhood vaccines (health risks including risk of autism) and have not vaccinated their children."
Its quite a few years since we made the decision and it was based on concerns over the impact of vaccination on childrens long term health.
Interestingly maybe its who you know.I think many of our friends would have been astounded if we had vaccinated.
I would say I would not attempt to convince Kevin, its up to the family to make their choice.
This raises another problem with the medical community which is the increasing moves to make vaccination compulsory.I personally don't thjnk the state should be dictating what we do at that level.
