Look at Rick's notes on late binding (it doesn't matter whether or not it's a dotnet com dll):

I interface with a com dll that uses late binding and I can still see the methods and props in the object explorer. Have you browsed to the associated .tlb file on the hard drive and loaded it in the VFP Object browser? Is the .tlb file located in the same directory as the .dll you registered? Look at the /tlb switch with the regasm command if necessary.
