Hi Tracy,
91 is pretty warm once you add the humidity, but the high today here was 55 with light rain. We're considering turning the heat on at home but I'm resisting because it's June, for Gods sakes!

Cartoons promised me flying cars, robot maids and global warming by this point in history. Well, my car’s still on the ground, I have to wash my own dishes and I’m cold. What went wrong?!? <bg>

>>Hi Tracy,
>>Thanks for your reply along with Craigs and everyone else. Judging from my past, I expect an almost vertical learning curve at first with much complaining and unfavorable comparisons. This will be followed with resignation and grim determination to figure out how to do something, anything in the new environment and eventually productivity. The good times happen after getting enough of a basic grip on the development environment that I can start focusing on the applications, which is the whole point anyway, right? Now I get to find out if I've matured over the years or simply ossified!

>>By the way, I was in Winston last weekend and the weather was surprisingly cool, not too different from MN.

>Your timing was perfect. This week forecast is all in the 90s and 95 Wednesday. It's 91 right now (lower than an hour ago). Winston Salem and the Greensboro area is typically about 5-10 degrees cooler than the sandhills area.
