>Since it is all just C# code, I wouldn't think that they would need Mere Mortals to maintain the code. The only thing I thought that they would need is to have access to the Mere Mortals compiled classes. They should never have to change any of the Mere Mortal code. Maybe I am just crazy and don't understand the inheritance well enough.

All my code along with any objects that I created would be only the source code that they would have to modify. There may not be a way without Mere Mortals, but I just want to make sure by posting here that I am not missing something.
The way the MM .NET licensing works, is if they are using MM .NET to build or maintain a project, they need an MM .NET license. Most developers don't change the MM .NET classes--it's the actual use of MM .NET to build or maintain a software project that requires a developer license.
