Have a pageframe with navigable pages - your 2nd, 3rd etc, with tabs. Your login page isn't part of this, it works only once in the beginning - so put it on a container covering everything else, on top of the pageframe. If login is successful just hide the container and let the user use the pageframe as usual. If unsuccessful, just close the form or keep showing the login until they get tired.
