Thanks Cetin. I will look into the link in greater detail later today.

This problem only happens when the Visual Studio Team System Web Access Power Tool is installed onto a French, German, Spanish or Italian version of Windows Server 2003. Other languages of Windows Server 2003 are not affected by this issue.

I don't think either of the two customers are running Windows Server 2003. The norwegian is running Vista and the french looks like XP but I can't tell for sure and with the time difference I can't find out until tomorrow.

Have you run into this before personally?
