While lurking around I saw a thread about sp_executeSQL - I wonder if it'll really make that big of a difference? I'll try it to see what it improves but if you come up with any other ideas that would be greatly appreciated.

Or maybe this is how long it takes and that's what I'll have to live with... But it be nice to see if there is room for improvement.
