Yeah, but think of it this way - her contract is to be a spokesmodel. That's it. She has nothing else to bring to the table but to be a talking barbie doll. Anything she says or does that makes her less effective in that role is a violation of the deal. Free-speech is an issue between you and the government, But if a guy with a big Nike shoe contract started saying he thought the shoes looked stupid or he's been beamed up by a space ship they'd dump him in a heart beat.
